TRU Team Tools Return Policy
If you have received damaged products or have a discrepancy with your order, it MUST be reported within 5 business days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or credit. In order to return product, you must acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call 978-975-8701. Returns must be completed with 30 days of purchase.
Sales Tools (Brochures, CD’s, DVD’s, Magazines, Posters, Books, Banners, Etc.)
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted by TRU Team Tools for sales tools. All purchases are final.
Print Items (Business Cards and other Customized Items)
We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds of any order from the Business Cards or Print Items category on the TRU Team Tools website. As the customer, it is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approval and submission of your order. Once an order has been approved online and placed in our system, it is processed automatically from our website. You are responsible for the final proofing of your order, as no one at our company will review it prior to printing. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. TRU Team Tools will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typographical errors associated with your order.
